Leading Organizational Change
Throughout the last 5 weeks as I've been in this course EDLD 5304 Leading Organizational Change I changed from a person whom only wanted me, myself and I to implement flipped classrooms to now wanting at least 50% of my campus to change with me. Reading the assigned books and discussing the change process with my peers I feel that I've definately grown and ready to share share my innovation plan with others on my campus. Initially, I feel that I only wanted it for myself as I was fearful that my idea would fail and no one would be interested in changing with me. Now, I feel that I have the tools necessary to be successful so some of the fear has subsided... not gone gone but the confidence that I have now helps tremendously when I introduce my plan with my campus. I'm ready! I'll walk you through my learning journey below.
